Pilates is a mind-body workout, focusing on core stability and posture, aiming to lengthen and strengthen muscles, slow and controlled exercises incorporating postural awareness & relaxation. Pilates is a safe yet challenging workout, keeping the body balanced which are essential to providing support for the spine. Pilates gets your mind in tune with your body.
